Message: for my custom idea, i am looking for another 40 seat for the back of my QC and take out the 60 bench and replace it with the 40. the only problem is that i don'w wanna pay bout 1500 form the dealership for a back seat, and it's hard to find some one with a leather 40 seat for sale. thus having room between the seats for a sub box, instead of replacing my center console with a sub box.

Message: I also have a QC. I thought about replacing my back seat but it seemed too uneconomical. Check out my custom box/center console @ http://photos.yahoo.com/dbrain0.

Message: My cousin is trying to figure out how he can put multiple speakers in his 2001 Quad cab SLT, I cant find anyone who builds custom boxes to go under his backseat. I found one who makes a box for a Ram Quad cab but not a Dakota. I found some 8" speaker boxes that would fit, but he insists on wanting a couple 10's or 12's and he has a tonneau bed cover on it, but speakers in the bed just dont sound the same. How much work is it to get what he wants? Can it be done and how much would it cost? any help would be appreciated.

Message: i have a '02 quad cab and just got a RF punch HE 10' in a hatchback box and used quick connects to wire it to the amp. this way the sub and box are removeable. so if i need to cary 5 or 6 people i just take the sub out. i have a RF 250 watt amp pushing the sub. it sounds great and didn't modefy the truck. if you want pics or details shoot me an email or post here.

Message: I put 2 12" subs in my QC, and put the amp under the seat. I actually came up on a box that fits perfectly between the single seat in the back and the passenger side rear door. It fits so well it looks like it was professionally built for the QC. It can easily be removed if you need to transport anyone. Email me if you want the dimensions, but really it is a PERFECT fit.
