 Subject: Replacing Speakers

I have a 2001 Dakota Regular Cab and I want to replace the factory speakers. I was wondering what size the rear speakers are and how to get into the rear speakers in the reg. cab. I have checked with crutchfield and haven't found the size of the rear speakers. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Should be a 5 1/4".
To get to it you'll have to remove the plastic trim piece that fills in the back corner of the cab. It has the grill slits in it for the speakers. It just snaps in & out with clips.
