Here's my completed sub box. It houses two 8" Pioneer DVC subs which are run off an Orion amp. The volume on the top sub is a little small, but it's still enough so I get some decent bump from it.

Let's just say that I know it's there and I'm careful not to bump into the subs with my elbow :-) There's no loss in shoulder or side bolster room though.

My Dak is lowered 2/3 via Hotchkis with Belltech shocks. The ride is a little bone jarring, but not bad for a truck. The cornering ability of the Hotchkis is well worth a little ride sacrafice.
