 Subject: Locating Amp in '99 Single Cab R/T?

Can anyone tell me where the amp for a '99 single cab R/T might be? I'm not positive that is has one, but I want to make sure. It does have the six speaker infinity speakers but only the low model cassette player.

I located the amp where pappie1 said it was suppose to be.
Problem, my pioneer unit has no sound after the install. My buddy and I think the amp has something to do with it. How can I get the aftermarket head unit to work with the amp??

I couldn't really tell you, I personally went with a different setup all together. If memory serves me right, I do believe this situation was answered like 3 weeks ago. Might wanna check the archives

there should be one crazy wire comming from the factory amp... hook that up to your remote power from your head unit, gotta turn the amp on right? If that doesn't help, lemme know. My roommate had the same problems in his dak.

If u want to use the amp from the infinity u must buy the harness. You might be able to get it at cruchfield.com. But you could also run the wires from head unit to each speaker. The wireing harness off of the player will have some wires labled.
