Subject: Mounting ideas for everything! IP: Logged
Message: I've got a pair of Infinity Kappa 52.3i speakers that I will be putting in the front of my '94 Club Cab. Does anyone have creative ideas for 1) installing them without having to remove the entire door panel (can I just cut out the plastic grilles that are already there?) and 2) mounting the crossovers somewhere in the door behind the speakers?
Next, I put my 12" Infinity Perfect behind the drivers seat by removing the smaller of those flip-up rear seats, but my amp is just laying on the floor. Has anyone found any good places to put it where crap won't fall on it and melt?
Last, I'm considering getting a CD Changer at some point. The only thing stopping me is that I'm not sure how/where I could mount it. Any ideas would be awesome.

Message: For God sake just take off the door panel and install the speaker correctly.
Mount your amp under a seat, or build a rack under the back seats for the amp and changer.
Mount the crossovers under the dash, seat or behind a panel in the back.
