Subject: Rockford Fosgate Amps?

Message:
Anyone here have on of those Rockford Fosgate Power bd500.1 amplifiers? I was thinking about getting one and some good 12s but I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on theirs. Also, anyone have any idea what kind of reading it will hit with a couple of good JL or Kicker subs?

I have the MTX 6500D which is about the same thing and I had it powering two 12" subs and it would/could blow those subs to bits. I think you should be able to get into the 140+ SPL range with your setup.

If your into loud then try the JL 12W3s.

I just purchased a bd500.1 and one JL 12W7 for my RSX im positive that it will push that with good expectations. if not i will move up to the bd1000.1 this should be enough for now im not trying to compete at the moment.
