Message: I am attempting to install a pioneer deh p2000 into my 1994 dodge dakota but have found that the individual that owned it prior to me jerry-rigged it instead of doing things the right way. I am installing a head unit in it and I want to do it right but want to make certain I know what each color represents. The Dodge's wire harness is a 14 prong while the pioneer's wire harness is a 16 prong. Would any of you mind giving me some help on this please? Thank you in advance!!! T-Rod

Message: The extra wires in the Pioneer are for
power antenna and 'amp trigger'
see the manual / instructions that came with it.
= just leave these disconnected
but tape them up so they don't touch anything..
