00 Dak Club Cab. I changed out the infinity door speakers which were shot,but I'm not happy with the replacements,so I am changing them again but this time instead of using the factory wiring and amp,i will be hooking them up to a better amp which will be under the jump seat along with subs.
The wires will be run under the carpet to the front,but does anyone have ideas about the best way to route the wires from inside the cab to the speaker in the door? Not sure if i can get them through the accordian type rubber thing that is there already which i assume the stock wires go through along with wires for power windows etc,so should i drill a small hole in edge of the door and put a grommet there for the wires to go through?
