Message: I think they should all be the same size. It's not too hard to remove the door panels and check it out.

Message: You will be all god man, 98' Durango and your 200 club cab Dak. have 6-3/4" speakers all around. They are really simple to detach. You will have no problems only thing that might be tricky is pulling off the panels, but man just try it you cant hurt it to bad. Now quit thinking and start doing.
This is how I describe removing a door panel.....
I use a tool I got from an auto parts store called something like a window crank clip remover. Basically just a flat piece of metal in a 2 prong fork shape. Slide this tool behind the window crank and there is a little copper clip that holds the crank on.
If you have power windows skip this step...
I would recommend buying a pack of window crank clips when you buy the window crank remover tool. (They are Cheap and you probably will bend them.)
Next there is a screw behind the pull handle on the door.
There is 1 screw right by the arm rest.
There is another screw by where the power mirror control would be if you have power mirrors.
And there are 2 screws along the bottom edge of the door.
Remove all the screws and the window crank, then just grab the door panel by the arm rest handle and pull up towards the sky.
It should pull right up and off.
