i have a 2003 Crew cab (4 full doors) Dakota i just got i want to put 2 10" subs behind the back seat but nobody makes a box for it. any suggestions (besides building my own)

You mean a quad cab? There are lots of posts about quad cab sub boxes behind the rear seats. I have two Boston G2-10's behind my rear seats, along with Boston SL-60 components up front and Boston SL-65 coaxials in the rear doors. Pioneer 60x4 RMS @ 4 ohms for front and rears, Premier 600x1 RMS @ 2 ohms for the 2 subs(300x2)and Pioneer DEH7800MP headunit. I have to say, this is the best sounding car stereo system I've ever heard.
I got my boxes built at supercrewsound.com for about $250. They did an excellent job. My subs are very deep(6 9/16") so getting them to fit in these small boxes (.5 cu. ft.)and getting them to fit behind the rear seats required some modifications. I'll not go into the details here, but if you are interested let me know and I'll email you all the info you will need. Looking inside my truck you can't even tell I've done anything to it, other than the HU.

Enclosures:
A .5 cu. ft. sealed enclosure is a very small box. If you are going for SPL's, you may not be happy. If you are going for sound quality like myself, read on. Also, make sure your subs are designed to be used in a small box. Get the specs, do your homework, it's very important.
I got the boxes from supercrewsound.com. I ordered them with extra mounting depth (5/8" extra is all you can get). Also because of my subs being 6 9/16" deep, I laser cut a spacer ring from 3/8" steel at work, complete with holes for the mounting screws. They are really cool but you can use particle board or plywood to do the same thing.

Seat Mods:
I had to relocate my rear seats forward 1" and up 3/8". I did this by drilling two new holes 1" forward in the seat mounts. I also added a 3/8" spacer that I cut out at work. Big flat washers will work just fine. You may not even need to raise the seat any. The hooks on the back of the seats need to have the extensions cut off them (about 7/8" you'll see when you look at them). This will also enable you to fold the back of the seat forward. Very cool mod even without the sub boxes. With a cutoff wheel and grinder, remove and grind smooth the jack mount. Shroud the area to keep sparks and debris out of the rest of your interior. You'll have to find another place to keep the jack and tools. I also removed and extended the hook receivers from the back wall again using 3/8" spacers I made at work. Here again flat washers will work fine. This gives you a lot more space back there, depending on how far you extend them. You'll have to go to a hardware store and get some longer bolts. They are metric and fine thread.
Also, I removed the bottom 2/3 of the factory carpeting for more room. You can't see that it's gone when the seat is back. I then installed two layers of FatMat soundproofing. It doesn't matter what brand, but this is absolutely necessary, especially if you cut out the factory carpet/soundproofing like I did. Remove the two air vents. The soundproofing will cover/seal up the holes, or fabricate something to take their place.
I know it sounds like a lot of work, but it will really pay off. Looking inside my truck, no one would ever know all that stuff is in there. It looks totally stock except for the HU and the tweets. I ran all the speaker wires to all speakers using 14ga Monster XP speaker wire to the fronts and rears, and 12 ga. speaker wires to the subs. It sounds so good I drive slow on way home! Let me know if you have any questions. BTW, IMHO this method is much better than a sub in the console or elsewhere. Also, I have two small children in car seats. These mods are completely safe if done correctly. Take your time and do it right. Have fun!
