Will the stock wiring handle 50 watts per channel. I'm gonna wire in my amp and was wondering if i could tie into the factory speaker wiring at the deck instead of running new wiring through the truck to each speaker.
Will I lose performance, or will this put stress on my amp?

No problem if your just running mids/highs.
I would not run a sub with the stock speaker wire, but then again chances are you'd have more than 50 watts going to a sub anyway.
I've pushed 75 watts plus thru stock Honda wiring with no ill effects. Sure makes wiring the system easier :)
