Subject: qc boxes IP: Logged
Message: i just got some material to play with some box styles for two 8" subs to go behind the rear seat of my 01 qc. wondering if some of you audio gurus had advce on if i should build a double box to go behind the 60 part of the bench and an amp behd the 40. or i could build individual boxes to put on each side of the truck and mountthe amp between them on the middle of the 60 side. thanks if anyone can help. and also let me know what to look for in an amp for two fosgate p2's.

Message: 2 boxes will give you more sound quality. one long box (ported) will give you more boom for your buck. it all depends on what you want to do. how much power you gunna run and what kind of subs you thinkin?
