I have a situation: I need to know how best to set up my system with what I already have.
First of all, my deck is a Kenwood MP7028, with 4x50 watt peak, 22 RMS.
I have an Alpine MRV-F307 amp, 4x30W rms (4 ohms).
Blaupunkt PCc50 are some nice tweeters I bought 5 years ago. They come with crossovers that say 60w rms/180 max.
Subwoofers: TSw1000; 10" Blaupunkts rated 200w rms/600 max.
Other than that, the four stock speakers are still in.
I need to do the best I can with what I have. I don't really know what to do, but there are a few issues that I can think of off the bat. Like how to power the tweeters seems questionable. Is it possible to bridge the channels coming from the deck? Also, I'm wondering how ohms factor into my considerations. Do crossovers affect ohms?
Any help with all these newbie questions and the setup is greatly appreciated!

Message: you need to start all over. the amps you are using are probably not powerful enough for what you are looking for.as for the blaupunkts, they are old school.start off by selling the stuff. buy yourself a good amp wiring kit,no less than 4 guage wire, fused off the battery.do not bridge the head unit.do not ever use the factory speaker wires.run all new wires, get yourself a couple powerful amps(alpine are fine) thats what I run.dont use wirenuts, barrel connectors, any other tape besides electrical, solder all connections, and never peice together your wiring.you should always have a break free connection, until you have to use distribution blocks.get a capacitor, sub, door speakers, and fresh amps to start.use your rca hookups on the back of your head unit to your amps.if you dont have them, then get youself another unit.I have seen alot of car fires from people using lamp wire and coax cable in the cars they run.
