Hello-
What I have is a Custom subwoofer enclosure for sale. This was build for my truck by CarToys paid $600, it has a fiberglass bottom side for perfect fit in any Extra Cab 97-2004 since they have not changed. It was used in my 2002 Dakota. It fits 2 10's and will fit under rear seat without removing or adjusting the rear seats at all. The box is has line x spray on bed liner over the whole box. Located in Corvallis, Oregon.
