Message: i have a 98 rc and put an 8" kicker w/ custom box behind each seat. I made them so they dont affect seat position and they sound awesome for little subs. really pound you in the back

Message: yes you can get 1-2 10" or 1-2 12" depending on what type of sub and box you go with and also it depends on where you are going to mount the amp

Message: I custon built the box. My second box for the truck. My first attempt had a ten behind the passenger seat but it would not go all the way back. After much whining from the wife, I went with the two eights so both seats have the ability to go all the way back. I built the system for rock so I wanted the bass tight. The two eights have surprising range and sound soooo clear. The earthquake SWS series are designed to have super shallow mounting depths. tghe eights are 2 1`/4 inches. The 12"s are only like 3" deep.

Message: i built my own boxes and fit two tens behind the seat. i'm 6'1" and even though i had to move the seats up a couple clicks it's not really noticeable to me on the drivers side, but the passenger side does get kinda cramped. if you don't care to move the seats up a couple clicks, you can fit what you want behind the passenger seat, and the drivers side should be fine, you got more room there anyway. but if you carry passengers alot, something more space saving will be better.
