Does anyone with this deck and have a problem with the face vibrating and making noise. The plastic outer insert is not broken yet it vibrates too much. Any ideas on how to fix this??

I bought that exact same deck and sold it within a month for that reason. I never could get the plastic trim to stay on and the deck would never sit still.
Break out the super glue.

Same problem, It sucks. I got it w/the car though so I'm not the stupid one. It's a nice deck though don't get me wrong.

Do you ever have problems with turning up the volume? Whenever I try to turn it up the volume goes all over the place, even down.

I got this deck from a friend and can not figure out what this little external box is and also i turn the power on, it takes and spins the CD but no display on the screen.

i have the same deck and sent it back to the eclipse co. and they worked out all the bugs out for me.they nearly changed out all the inside for the $25.00 dollars that they ask for the return fee and since i got it back it's been working great......

Was your deck still under warranty when you sent it in, and how did you go about sending it in? Mine still funcions properly just no sound.
