they're not really my best work finish wise, but the aiming is dead on(for my setup anyway) all you'll have to do is pop your stock ones out and slide the new ones in...still have the factory clips on the back...i'd call them about 85-90% show quality. let me know if you'd like any more pics.
price?...dunno, make an offer...i would however like the deal to include getting your stock panels, so i don't have a gaping hole. :)

yeah, the color didn't match my interior that well either...i played with tweets down there for a while but couldn't get them to sound nearly as good as up on the pillars.
