I have 2000 extended cab and Im not sure where to attatch the ground to the truck. front seat bolt? im not sure. any suggestions

If it were me, I would go ahead and drill a new hole, clean the paint off around it and then put a bolt through it. That way you make sure to get a clean connection. They usually coat the metal for the seats so it might hinder the connection.

Exactly like Dan said. Just find some old loose bolt, and clean the hell out of the underside of the head with a wire brush. Drill a small hole in the floor under the carpet and scratch the hell out of that, too. You won't get a better connection anywhere else.
