Does anyone use the CDA-9855 with emphasis on the Ipod capability?

Message: the CDA series are GREAT! their HU's are top of the line, great quality sound output and they last....
I personally put them first, then Panasonic head units second (also great head units)...

Message: I have a CDA-9835 with which I use the KCA-420i iPod interface. I love having the iPod connected so I no longer need to fumble around with CDs.
The only gotcha is that the adapter connects to the iPod through its serial remote port. Ai-Net is a very low data-rate bus (3 kB/s) so scrolling through long lists can be slow. Ai-Net just doesn't have the bandwidth to shuffle that much text info back while issuing commands.
