First off, theres two screws right above the speedometer, undo thoes, and then pull your ash tray out to get a better grip on the plastic, pull from that corner and i think theres about 4 clips that will pop off, once that plastic cover is off, just four screws to take off the stock deck. That should do it.

Don't forget to remove the three screws on the bottom of the panel under the steering wheel too.
