not sure about the lid, but i thought i would share what my friend did with his blowthrough. he has 4 12's in his regular cab sonoma with a blowthrough, but he wanted to keep full use of his bed. so he did the blowthrough and put a large steel box looking thing in there, but had it polished and painted to match bed color, it went straight across the width of the bed. he welded it in there and then built the mdf box to match the exact dimensions of the steel encasing. sounded great when he got through and looked professional once you figured out what it was. he cut his tool box and welded it where it was shallow depth and mounted normal. it rested perfectly right on top of the steel case. now he's about to get it all rhinolined. you might not want to do all that but i thought i'd mention it.

Hey dude. I did it in my single cab dakota if ur talkin about cuttin the wall out. I have a gaylords bedcover with the over rail design. Its a nice look and it is waterproof. You ought to see it its good lookin. Email me if you have any questions. Lata
