It won't fit under the front seat. I had a RF 301S 11"x9"x2.25" and an Orion 435 10"x10"x2.5" (dimensions close but not exact) under the seats of my 00 CC and they were a tight fit. You can go a little more, but not much. The 16.5" dimension is the problem, the amp would be sticking out 5-6 inches.
