I need your guys advice on a 12" sub for my QC. I will be running it off a bridged RF 301S that's rated at 300W/4 ohms, air volume and depth isn't a consideration since I am going to make a stealthy downfire box for one side of the back floor.
My probelm comes in at finding the "best" sub for the money, been looking at serveral subs on Ebay:
$50 Infinity Reference 1230W, 300WRMS, 23-250hz (probably not)
$75 Infinity Kappa 120.3SE, 300WRMS, 20-250hz (maybe)
$100 Infinity Perfect 12.1, 350W, 18-200hz, cast frame (maybe)
$125 RF P312D2, 500WRMS, 20-200hz (probably not)
$80 Cerwin Vega VMX-12SVC, 300WRMS, 20-500hz, cast frame (maybe)
$135 Soundstream VGW-12, 600WRMS, 22-1.4K hz, cast frame (oh baby, but would have to re-amp)
I am only looking at companies that I have had some experience with so I am staying away from Memphis, AudioBahn, JL, IDQ, ED, even though they might have fine subs. Anyone have any experience with the subs I am looking at or recommendations on what to stay away from?
