Just hook them up to the deck, tweeters don't take much power to run. Plus, your going to be pulling the highs off the mids where you don't want the highs and sending them to the tweets where you want the highs.
The build in crossover with the tweets (most inexpensive tweets have a cap onboard, expensive ones usually don't) will only let highs through to the tweets. If you want to block the highs from getting to the mid-woofers, you'll need a crossover that filters highs to the tweet output and lows to the mid output. If your going to do this just get a good set of component speakers with matched mids, tweets and crossovers.
