does anyone have any experience or know what shallow mount subs sound like? i have a regular cab and don't want to lose much, if any, seat positions. i was looking at some different brands but they're pricey and not much variety. any suggestions? i don't want to pay alot for something not worth it. how about these:

i don't think they've been around long so i need someone who knows what they're talking about to point me in the right direction. i don't know much about car audio yet, except the basics. thanks in advance.

Just a suggestion i had a custom box built for a 99 reg. cab for an image dynamics idq 10" sub they are not that deep or expesive but read around they are 100% hand made and have won more comps then you can shake a stick at. With a grill over the sub i only had to move the passanger seat up 1 notch. Also trust one quality 10" sub like that is plenty loud in a reg. cab.

I used to have a 96' regular cab and I had a small sealed 8" truck box behind the bench seat. I thought it did the job very well and did not lose too much seat room.
