Subject: Connecting IPOD to Car system w/o FM???? IP: Logged
Message: Is there any way to connect an IPOD to my system in my truck without having to use a FM Transmitter. I have a good system, and i heard that there is just to much static in those to make them worth it. Ive heard only small talk about AUX plugs that you might be able to use with some headunits. I have a Panasonic 8300U deck, and i guess my question would be is there any way or any product that you can hook up to play my IPOD through my car and still have it rock? If anyone has information on this i would really like to hear it. Thanks.

Message: Check out the "AUXILLARY INPUT CONVERTERS" post. It has info in it. If your HU has a CD changer control port, then you may have an option to find a converter cable.
I used one of the PIE converters to hook my Dell DJ into my Pioneer HU.
