Message: I am not useing them in my dakota, but I have a freind that has had the XXX subs. They are rediculus (sp). There is really nothing to say about the so called "super subs" they all sound very good but you will pay out your butt.

Message: Super-Subs...yes they are. The 18" Solo-X has nothing on the 15" Brahma.
One 15" Brahma turned up will shatter your windows. When you order them from Adire, they send you a warning slip saying that you must install bullet proof or plexy glass windshields.
:o/
They are not for everyday listening, as you probubly already know.
I say, if you want rediculouse bass, but not enough to damage the vehicle, go with an 18" Memphis MOJO. you need 5000 WATTS to push it though.

Message: jl isnt a sweet sub all they o is charge a redivculous amount and perfoem less than a brahma or xxx. not sayoing it is a bad sub but id prefer to spend half for more seems like a deal. xxx and braham are amazing great sq and sweet spl at the same time
