 Subject: Extra front door speaker wiring

3.9L 5spd RC
What is the extra front door speaker wiring for? Its the same color wiring as the lower door speakers but with a different conector.
In the 2001 option catalogue it says something about an optional 8speaker sys. Where would these be mounted? and what sizes.

If you look on the in inside of the door panel near whaere the outside mirros would be then you should see where the factory tweeter cutout would be if you had the 8 speaker infinity system.

So the extra wiring is just for door tweeters. meh whatever I just put in two new alpine 6 1/2 with built in tweeters.
