Message: Not running that low of a budget system but since all my stuff is from Walmart, I figured I'd post as well...
52w x 4 mp3/cd player (Sony)
220 watt 6.5" Pioneer speakers
Wiring connector kit
(and more to come...probably not from Walmart like the rest though).
Sounds good enough for me...especially for not dumping my life savings into it. Though now I'd like a nice sub...I need more bass.

Message: Hey josh, I think I have the same door speakers!! (TS-G670M) they SCREAM! Much better than factory speakers (duh) they are better then the pioneer 2 way speakers, that I had in my old dak... i had to make them fit "custom" LOL! But it works...

Message: No mine don't rattle at all... mine see little bass though (my 2 15" kicker cvr subs handle that pretty good :)
How did you mount them?? I turned my subs off, and cranked the bass on the door speakers. they didn't rattle at all...
(My HU has separate bass for sub and speakers, as well as x over and sub level!!) maybe on my next 2 days off, I can take off a door panel and take a pic of how mine are mounted for ya... and I can get better pix for car domain too!!

Message: I used plywood cuz I was a cheap ba§tard and didn't wanna go buy something nicer to make an adapter out of (nor did I feel like drilling through my door). I just cut out adapters that were the same shape as my stock ones and mounted em onto that. Maybe that's what's causing the rattle or it may be your subs keeping yours from rattling...mine only rattle when it's really loud and the song has high bass (even if the bass is down semi-low...actually now that I think about it, it may be around the middle of the range).
