Subject: bolting in your subbox

How did u guys bolt your sub box to the floor?? I can't think of a good way to do it..Another question where should I make the holes for the sub wires on my box..

I used a couple of 2x2 and 2x4 structural framing L brackets, the kind used for connecting lumber (2x4's, 2x6's, 4x4's) together for construction. Painted them black and and used 3/4" #8 screws into the box and 1/2" #8's into the truck.

One heck of a lot stronger than the el'cheapo L brackets and one heck of a lot cheaper. You can get them at Home Depot in the lumber section where they have all the metal lumber brackets.

If you look at the my post at the on this board "Fiberglass CC Sub Box Pics" you can see the a couple of the 2x2 brackets if you look real close,
