 Subject: Going for my first RTA

So tommorow I'm going for an RTA on my system, also going to get everything level matched. My question is to all the audiophiles, is there anything specific I should inquire about? I'm also using the time alignment feature and would like to know if there is any tools (Other than a good set of ears)to set it up. I'm pretty knowlegeable when it come to car audio and I did I lot of research on my equip. before buying.
But the system Iv'e got is proving to be a B^%$h to tune...Any help would be appreciated.
BTW It's a sony es CDX-C910 with the 210 21band e.q. Running Optical out, Kicker 6.2's in the front, sony 3way 6*9's for rear fill and 2 jl 10's in a thunderform. Sounds nice now but has way more potential.
