 Subject: Weird stuff is happening

I had two 12" orions in my car and on the way home one night they started to cut out so to save my amp i disconnected the whole thing until i could get home. On the way home after that my stock radio took a crap. Before it had stopped ejecting CD's but the radio worked fine. Now the motor moves like its ejecting a CD but the raio doesnt work and the clock never comes on. What the hell is going on. Oh i didnt change any of the wiring i just put on a high to low converter. Would that mess anything up. It is now off. Any ideas would be great.

Doubt that would do anything unless you hooked it up wrong and jacked soemthing up. What is probably happening is your HU took a shizt. 5 second thinking pause... Yep, thats all I can think of.

Yeah I would venture to guess so. As for your subs one of two things happened. Either your Hu preouts or converters took a shizt or your subs voice coils burnt. Id hope for the first of the two.
