Message: i have just a small amp on 2 rockford 6.5s and have had the annoying whistle ever since i put it all in. have moved gound to couple different places but no luck.any suggestions? thanks

Message: First off, make sure that ground wire is as short as possible as well as low of a gauge wire that can fit into your amp. I use a self tapping screw with 8 gauge wire on a brass loop. Also make sure that you sand off the paint where the screw and loop contact the body. Some guys here have also upgraded the wiring under the hood, specifically the battery to ground wires. Hope it solves your problem.

Message: It could be your power wire or rca's picking somthing up. Do you have the RCA's and the power running together... down the vehicle? Where is your ground now? Make sure the RCA's are not ran next to another power source. Make sure your not running your REM close to your RCA's either because the REM is also a power supply.
