Here's my custom box:
The MTX pre-fab box that fits Dakota's will fit '97 to '03, so I assume that this will fit those years as well. I know for a FACT that it will fit a '99, because that's what it's in right now.
Obviously, you have to remove the seats for it. But if you want awesome bass, it's the only way to achieve it. Since the speakers mount flush, you can still pile cargo ontop of it (just give the amp a little room to breathe). The empty box is what I'm selling. I might let the amp go also. The subs stay with me, because they sound too damn good (Subs are Boston Acoustic ProSeries 12.5's {300$ a piece), and the amp is a JL Audio 500/1 ($600 MSRP). I am willing to deal on the amp, if the price is right. I would prefer to keep it though. The amp dimensions are 13.4"L x 9.25"W x 2.36"H, so the recessed area where the amp sits is slightly larger than that.
I'd like to get $175 for the box, but it's fairly negotiable. I'm in southern california, and am willing to meet somewhere to make the trade. I will also look into shipping if you are interested.
