i have 2 15" subs and there both duel 2 ohms,the only amp i have right now is a RF 300x thats 385 true watts could i hook this 4 channel amp up to these subs?i just hate having no bass at all

You'd be better off bridging that amp mono and running one 15" sub. It would sound awesome that way.
