You get 4 upgraded speakers, front tweeters, a 4/6 channel amplifier, and steering wheel controls.

The Dak I just ordered has the Infinity upgrade and the factory literature says it's 8 speakers in 6 locations system. My Dak's not here yet so I can't give you the locations yet.

it's 4 in the front and 2 in the back. the 2 in the back act as both woofers and tweeters, so they say 8 in 6 locations...weak huh?
