Just take a Dremel or Sawzall and cut along the bottom of the panel, then slice up the sides and roll the window down, pry the top ledge off, and there goes the panel!

couple torx screws around perimeter, look for scews around inside door latch,remove them, slide panel back about an inch and pull out bottom remove power door/window switch assy,remove tweeter wires, lift panel off, reverse to re assemble.
