I have 2001 Dodge Dakota Sport Ex Cab. 2 10" RF subs in box and 1000W amp. I'm wondering on best ways to mount these. Any ideas? also have seperate CD changer from my deck. Any ideas here?

changer in glove box maybe or under pass. seat amp under drivers seat? as for subs do a custom box under rear seat, lil time consuming but well worth it when done.
