Just replaced my factory head unit last night. Your gonna need to remove the trim that goes all the way around the instrument cluster and across the top of the dash. Just pull it straight out and it will come off. If you have an auto you will need to put it in 1st and tilt the wheel all the way down to get it out of the way. With that out of the way there will be two screws holding the head unit in and that is all. Hope this helps you.
