DO NOT BUY FROM WWW.HIFISOUNDCONNECTION.COM. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF JACKASSES AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. SO DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE, SURE THEIR PRICES MAY SEEM NICE, BUT THEY SCREW YOU OVER WITH THEIR PISS POOR SERVICE. IV BEEN WAITING A WEEK AND A HALF FOR THEM TO EMAIL ME ABOUT MY ORDER AND WHAT THE HELL IS GOIN ON WITH.

Been there done that with Wholesalesound.com.
I ordered my subs about 2 weeks ago, I'v emailed them about 5 times no reply. So i called them up and they said my subs were on backorder, later I called up and they came in so cust. service said that they'll email me the tracking #, two days later still no tracking #, I wonder if i'll ever really get the subs.
Ok lets start a new thread of gripes about the worst online retailers.

There already is a dedicated place to complain about online businesses, it's called Reseller Ratings.
Check 'em out, they already have 1 complaint about HiFi Sound Connection, now you can go and type up another. I always check this place when dealing with a new company.

update..
i finally got a hold of hifisoundconnection... apparently they were changing servers over the past 2 weeks.. my orders were shipped out tuesday... and will hopefully be in on the 1st or 2nd...

"Changing servers" - that's a good one. I've heard that one before. Two WEEKS to change servers? I don't think so. Besides, it's not an excuse. DNS changes take about 48 hours to propagate, and it's simple enough to get email from BOTH servers until the switchover is complete.

eh.. thats what i thought too but i could care less what the company does now, my stuff was shipped out and i can follow it through UPS tracking, and thats what reallly matter... and no, im never gonna buy from them again.. ill pay a little extra next time from a place with some customer service. NO ONE BUY FROM THEM EITHER.. THEY ARE A POOR EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY..

eh.. ya they are decently priced.. i have found www.onlinecarstereo.com to be real good, they have a very nice selection and its cheaper that www.sounddomain.com and customer service is excelent
