what do you guys think..
i plan on gettin two kicker 10" solobaric L5s (dvc 4 ohm) and building a box for them. then for the amp i wanna get an audiobahn 8002T 2 channel amp and run them off of it. i plan on bridgin the amp out to 800x1 @ 4 ohms and wiring the subs in parallel into 4 ohms. im gonna run a 4 gauge wiring kit to it all and a 1 farad capacitor. (this is all comin within next month, when i sell off my existing system)
this is all goin behind the seat of an 87 regular cab, with the seat moved up a few clicks (im only 5'9", so im not loosin too much leg room) right now i have 2 sony Xplod 12 runnin off a pyramid amp (which hits decently for bein such a weak set up) that i bought used offa friend for practically nothin.
to finish out the rest of the stereo, i have a pioneer cd player and 6 1/4" rockford fosgate 2 ways in modified door panels, and im waitin til i get some extra cash and im gonna get a set of rockford fosgate 4"x6"s for the rear pillars.
whatta ya think guys.. not bad for just turnin 18 and havin to buy all my own everythin. this aint one of those mommy and daddy goes out and buys everythin for me deals.
whats everyone else runnin (im especially interested in gen I and gen II regular cab installs, so lemme know)
