i was wondering what the sizes of the speakers in a 98 club cab would be? 5 1/4 in the doors, and 6 1/2 in the back right?

No, they are 6 1/2" all the way around, but you will have to make some mounting plates to hold the speakers because the factory spaces are larger and you can not screw the speakers into it. You will see what I mean when you take off the panel and look. It is easiest to make it out of some plywood.

I would suggest using MDF, it's about the same price, stronger, and will not chip and flex like plywood.
The speakers are 6 3/4" but with the wood spacer you can use any size speaker.
Don't try and mount speakers without the wood spacer, you will end up with an annoying buzzing sound.
