Ok, I have a Thunder 5400x. It's 75 x 4 , 300 x 1.
this amp absolutely rocks.
Only one problem... I smoked it..
Not sure how much repair would be, but seeing how a comparable amp (not many can!!) with this little wear or use would run you at least $300 if not way more, I'm gonna let it go for $75 obo...
I ran a single Memphis 12 in a ported box and it was just plain loud and clean. The sub channel is class-D, and is stable down to 2ohm (mono).
It has 3 built in 18db/octave hi/lo pass crossovers and has the port for the remote EBC.
If you've never heard about how mean these MTX Thunder amps are, you're missin out!
I hit a 161db outlaw with a single 15" in a reg cab nissan pu with a Thunder 2300x (only rated at 600 watts).
That was 153 on the dash!!!!!! Just one 2300 and one ZEB audio 15".
