HELLO TODAYS IS MY GF'S ONLY DAY OFF THERE I NEED AN ANSWER TO DAY PLZ. I WANT TO SEND HER TO RADIO SHACK TO GET ME SOME CAPS FOR MY STOCK SPEAKERS, THEY SAID 2.2 MICROFARETS WILL BE Best :::oops caps lock was on, sorry didn't know::: but my experieence is that they take too much bass out and are mostly for like tweets, but my stock speakers are the 6.75 and i need a cap that will give like a tina bit of bass to it, that they won't sound to emty, cause the 2.2 are for like tweets and stuff, what sh0ould i have her ask for??? thanks

have her go and ask for caps that r 800 hz and up.this will cut the low bass out but still give the speaker a little boom.

800 uF will give you a 50 Hz high-pass. IF you can't find 800 uF caps, then you can connect multiple capacitors in parallel. When you connect caps in parallel, you just sum their values.
Oh, and one important thing- you need non-polarized or "bi-polar") caps. Standard polarized caps will blow up.
