I just built 2 boxes for the corners of my 00 CC Dak. The sides and top are out of 1/2" MDF and the bottom out of fibreglass. I normally use 3/4" MDF for boxes, but the peices are small with alot of corners and braces for added strength.

I used 1/2 sheet of 1/2" MDF, about 30-40 sq ft of glass mat and 2 quarts or resin. Also used 6 construction corner braces to anchor the boxes, a couple of terminal cups from Radio Shack and 2 cans of $5.00 a can Krylon paint. All together I think it was less than $60 for the project as I had some of the material on hand.

Do a search on the web for glass bottom sub boxes, there are a couple of pages that give alot of information. I would rather learn from their mistakes than mine.

If you are interested in a box that holds 2 10's, I have one for sale. All that is needed is to remove the storage compartment under the rear seat and it fits in it's place with no modifications whatsoever. It fits a 97-01 club cab. Selling for $100 plus shipping. More information can be found at wyckoff chrysler.com. That is where i bought it. They sell them for $159 plus $49 shipping, and I assure you that shipping will be no where near that, probably about half.

Also have two polk audio 10's for sale (they hit hard) for $120 for the pair. They retail for $129 a piece.
Both the box and the subs are only a few months old and in perfect shape. email me for pics or questions.
