I just moved my battery to the rear of my truck, I have 2awg running from under the hood to battery, where should I run the ground to? How do I know what to ground to, too little or enough?

I would say run a positive and negative cable from the battery to under the hood...otherwise your starter will be drawing current through the body...and it's probably not as good of a conductor as a big piece of wire...it may cost a heck of a lot more...but probably well worth every penny in the end...but that's just my thoughts...I know if it was me I would run new cables for both...but that's just me...I tend to spend the extra on all my "projects"

CJ is right. to avoid any problems keep the ground connected to the factory original location. it may cost a little more but, you will avoid problems. just my 2 cents.
