 Subject: window crank...door panels...still

ALl the threads that relate to this talk about a metal c clip on the crank. Im not seeing this, all im seeing is the plastic piece from the handle connecting to the metal crank. The only hint of metal i see is between the window handle and the plastic washer that fits snug between the panel and then handle. This looks more like a spring though....
any help asap is very apprectiated!

yep thats what u want to remove to get the handel off it kinda looks like a strange "c"
