Message: Hi everyone, I have a '99 club cab and I have replaced the stock 6 3?4" speakers years ago but they are getting worn out and need replacing. I came by a pair of pioneer 3-way 6x9 speakers for free and I was wondering if I cut the stock opening to fit a 6x9 if it would work and sound good? Anyone already tried this? I would be cutting the rear speaker mounts. If anyone has any pics or anything I'd really appreciate it!
