Its a cycle. You get on a list by purchasing a product, looks like cookbooks. When set number of people join the list (enough to cover the price of prize and some profit) the prize (car audio product) is awarded to the first person on the list. When enough additional people join, prize is awarded to next on the list. Looks like a reconstucted pyrimid but it may work.
