 Subject: Back Panel Removal

I have a 1998 Dakota Ext cab. I replaced my door speakers this past week and now I need to replace the back speakers. I have a couple of questions.
1) Are the back speakers 6 1/2" as well?
2) How do you take the back panels off to get to the speakers and is it a pain in the rear to do it?

yes the rears are 6 1/2" and as far as the removal of the panels...pop off the panel under the rear window, remove the screws holding the cusion on the wall..and then take the seat belt loops off the side wall...then the whole section just pops off...be careful not to crack anything but it will budge with the right amount of force...hope this helps
